Shipping Policy – Wish Mart

Welcome to Wish Mart. Here is how shipping works:

1. Processing Time

• Orders process in 1–3 business days.

• No shipping on weekends or public holidays.

• High order volume may cause slight delays.

2. Delivery Time

We ship all over Pakistan via TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days

• Remote areas may take longer

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Calculated at checkout

• Free shipping available on selected promotions (e.g., above Rs. 5000)

4. Order Tracking

• Tracking link/SMS is sent after dispatch

• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate

5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

• Customer is responsible for providing correct information

• Reshipping fee applies if courier returns the package

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• Contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos

• Wish Mart is not responsible for lost/stolen packages after courier marks it delivered

7. International Shipping (Optional)

If enabled:

• Delivery takes 10–20 business days

• Customs/import duties are customer’s responsibility

8. Delivery Delays

Unexpected delays may occur; we will assist in tracking your package.
