Return Policy – Wish Mart

At Wish Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority.


1. Return Period

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • After 7 days, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective.


2. Conditions for Returns

  • Item must be unused and undamaged.

  • Original packaging and tags must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Personal-care items, sale items, and opened packages are not returnable.


3. Return Process

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp before sending products back.

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective/incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your item, we will approve or decline the refund.

  • Approved refunds take 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it was our mistake.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size/color issues, if stock is available.

  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
